Has anyone out there with fibromyalgia had complications from cataract
surgery that were related to fibromyalgia?
Answer:
There is no known connection between cataracs and fibro. There is a
known (annecdotal) problem with eye muscles.
My eye dr has trouble figuring out the right script for my glasses
because my vision changes right there in his office--this is part of
fibro, according to him.
AFAIK, cataract surgery is one of the safest and best outcome of all
surgeries. I've known many ppl who had the surgery (some with FM some
without) and they were all glad they did it.
