Does anyone have any info on the costs of cataract surgery for dogs?
It's about $1500 per eye here in DFW, TX area.

My last quote for surgery was $1100 for one eye and $1400 for two---of course
that info was from June 1997, so $1500 per eye sounds a little steep to me but
I really don't know what the national norm is---I'm only giving you one
university's rates. Of course that is the estimate for uncomplicated cataract
surgery. Intraocular lens implant would add another ~$150 per lens.
